Maria is a PhD student of the Aceto lab. She successfully completed her Master’s Thesis in our lab, where she generated and validated various tools for CRISPR-Cas9 screenings in immunocompetent models of cancer. Maria obtained her MSc in Drug Sciences at University of Basel where she also received her BSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences. During her studies, Maria did an internship in the Molecular Pharmacy Group in the Department Pharmaceutical Sciences in Basel. Before she began her studies at the university, she completed a three-year apprenticeship as a pharmacy assistant.
