Angelique is a Ph.D. student in the Aceto lab.  She received a joint B.Sc. in Life Science and Technology from Leiden University and the Technical University of Delft. Thereafter she studied for a M.Med.Sc. in Molecular Medicine at Uppsala University during which she performed research at the Karolinska Institute towards immunotherapy by genetically modifying natural killer cells. During the Covid-19 crisis she worked in the Swedish National Pandemic Centre to provide diagnostics for the Swedish population.
